This Chia Flax fruit smoothie makes a quick and healthy breakfast. The smoothie is loaded with fiber and can be made with almost any fruit you have in hand.

We should include some smoothies in our meals. Keeping us satisfied for a longer period helps us avoid overeating. We all know that flax and chia seeds are good for our health. But still, I am mentioning below some of their benefits to our health. 🙂
* Chai seeds are an excellent source of fiber. It improves heart health and reduces cholesterol levels. Fiber takes a longer time to digest and thus makes you feel satisfied for longer. This is how it helps in weight loss.
* Flax seeds are also a good source of fiber, proteins, and omega-3 fatty acids. It reduces the cholesterol level, and blood pressure. It also reduces the risk of some cancers and helps to maintain a healthy weight.
* Fruit- Here, you can use fruits like apples, pears, etc. (basically, the fruits which have a moderate glycemic index)

  • 1 Blender


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 apple/ pear


  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender and serve.

  • secondly, the peanut butter should be unsweetened or can be sweetened using dates.
