A healthy breakfast recipe which is very tempting and flavorful, also take 5 mins to cook. It is a delicious variation from traditional South Indian breakfast dish Semolina Upma or rava upma. Rava or semolina is replaced by Semiya (Vermicilli). Traditionally, in South, it is served with coconut chutney but my kids love it with tomato ketchup. It is light on the stomach and additionally, I add a lot of colourful vegetables which is again very healthy. The other quick and healthy breakfast options are Idli, Poha, Upma, Vegetable Dalia etc. You can add more taste bt serving these with spicy Green Chutney.
