Chocolate Chia seed pudding for diabetes or weightloss

Chocolate chia seed pudding is the recipe I discovered when my husband followed the diet and craved sweets. 🙂
This recipe is suitable for breakfast too. It is simple to make and made with 5-6 super healthy ingredients. The chocolate chia pudding recipe is very simple and takes only 2 minutes to make. The ingredients are perfectly suitable for people following a diet or having diabetes.
No cooking is to be done in this recipe. Only you need to assemble the ingredients and you are good to go. 😉
In this recipe, we are using almond milk to make it vegan. You can use normal milk if you want. Chia seeds are good anti-oxidants and are high in fiber. Sugar-free chocolate powder (Cocoa powder) can be used if you are making it for someone having diabetes or following a diet. Fruits and dry fruits of your choice.
This recipe is so simple and yummy that you can save this Chocolate chia seed pudding recipe for your next dinner party. Your guests will be licking the spoon clean. 🙂

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Milk/ almond milk / coconut milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp stevia powder stevia
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk properly to combine.
  • Then cover it and refrigerate it for 3 hours or overnight. (until it achieved a pudding like consistency)
  • Now for serving, transfer it into the jar/ mason jar or serving glass.
  • Finally, add chopped fruits and nuts of your choice before serving.

Notes

This 2-minute quick sweet dish is worth trying. It is so easy and quick to make it. You just need to assemble all the ingredients and just freeze it…. and it is done. 🙂
  • Firstly, you can use normal milk. Or, if you want to make it dairy free, you can use almond milk or coconut milk. People who are on diet or have diabetes can use almond milk as a healthy solution.
  • Secondly, Serve it with any desired toppings. You can add fruits like strawberries, grapes, apples, pears, and nuts like almonds and pistachios or whipped cream or choco chips.
  • Thirdly, you can add sugar if you are making it for kids. Stevia is for people on diet or who have diabetes.
In my home, it is a proper win-win dish. As, it is easy to make, quick and my kids love it.;)
