Equipment

  • 1 Big bowl to mix the ingredients
  • 1 non stick flat tawa(dosa tawa)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup besan(chickpea flour)
  • 2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 1/4 tomat minced
  • 3-4 button mushrooms minced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers(green, red, yellow) min
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  • Add water and whisk smooth. Make sure the batter is in smooth flowing consistency.
  • Further, heat the pan and grease it with butter or ghee.
  • Pour the batter into the hot pan and spread it with the help of a ladle.
  • Allow it to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Now, flip over the side and cook it from the other side too.
  • Finally, fold and serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
