Dal Palak | Dal with Palak Recipe

Dal Palak or Spinach Dal is a very simple, easy to cook, quick yet a delicious Indian Dish, with Dal, Spinach (Palak) and some Indian spices. It goes awesome with rice or even roti or naan.
Dals or lentils are so versatile in Indian Cooking. You can use them in making Dals like Dal fry, Dal ALsooni, Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, or parathas, or even sweets. Same goes with Palak (Spinach). It can be Palak Soup, or Sandwiches, or recipes like Palak Paneer.
Also, this recipe is very rich in nutrition. Dal is rich in proteins and palak is a great source of Vitamin A. I think, this recipe is a boon to mothers who find it very challenging to convince their kids to eat healthy. At least it is for me 😉
